AVERAGE PRICES:

 

Double: min €69 - max €150

 

Single Use: € 55 min - € 130 max

 

 - Prices are per room per night, and include accommodation, breakfast, daily cleaning and linen change every 3 days

 - City tax of € 3,50 per person per night is NOT included and it will be charged at check-in.

 - Rates may change in relation to holidays and major events hosted in the city of Rome.

 

 

When booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time. Cancellation will be accepted exclusively if received by email. If cancellations are received 7 days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

Payment methods :

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of reservation must be paid on booking by bank transfer. Balance at check-in.
